A-pillar tweeter capacitor value.
Just a quick note to let you know that I will add this information to the A-pillar tweeter change post that I did on post #163 above.

That a very high frequency (8kHz) for a tweeter crossover. It should be half that frequency value (twice the capacitance).

And that is why the B&O benefits the most from having better tweeters with better crossovers. especially when the entire B&O system starts to roll off at 10Kz anyway.
The *** on the other hand is an 8ohm tweeter with a 10uf capacitor, so a much better crossover point.

and that's another reason why I say, don't bother changing the B&O A pillar top and centre channel tweeters because they are actively crossed over at the B&O amp and so will hardly benefit from a new tweeter.

That must be why the whole Soundstage changes and the front instruments / vocals just come to life with the new Focal tweeters installed (and also they are working well with the FaitalPRO 4FE32 mid woofer in the center dashboard speaker location). It is a wonderful sound system with each and every speaker swap out producing such a great sounding product!!!

Those Focal tweeter seemed to have a very strange frequency response, which would seem to counteract the OEM high frequency rolloff: https://www.focal-america.com/product/twu-1-5/

I was surprised to see the Focal VW 6.5" plug and play door speaker: https://www.focal-america.com/product/is-165vw/

These are the pictures of the 'Left' rear door with the speaker and mount removed.

This 2 1/4" measurement (my steel rule has 1/8" prior to the measurements starting) is from the door Sheetmetal out to the door card speaker opening. I measured all the way around the opening at the speakers 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions (with the door card reinstalled) and they all were measured at 2 1/4" distance.

The speakers opening looking straight at the speaker area. This view is also showing both the vertical and the diagonal braces that are passing behind the speaker magnet area where the measurements below are taken from.

This measurement is from the small vertical support found way to the left side at the speakers 9 o'clock position, showing 4 1/8". The vertical support is so far to the left edge of the speaker hole that I feel it might not even come into play, as far as interfering with the speakers when secured.

This measurement is from the diagonal support found directly behind the speakers position, showing 5 3/8". The picture below shows the ruler and where it was placed for measurement.

This picture is showing where the ruler was placed for the above measurement that is 5 3/8" from the diagonal support to the door card speaker opening flange.

I suggested the Focal tweeters to @Mortys66 because of that frequency response and the size.

The VW plug is different from the Audi plug. VW use the double separated hump plug, the Audi uses a single centre hump pkug.

@Mortys66 what was the height of just the SAVW651 spacer you used in the back? I have seen two spacers that I could use in the back but they differ in their heights.
The CT25AU08 is 2 1/4 inch tall, which from your measurements might be too tall to use, once the speaker sits on top.
But the CT25AU15 is 2 inchs tall, which might be a better option to use.
