With the original tires, I was rotating every 10k miles. Did it myself the first two times, after that I just paid $30 and let Audi rotate during the AudiCare service.

The new Michelins were installed at Costco, free tire rotations every 5k miles.

I always re-torque after ~25 miles of driving whenever a wheel is mounted.
