Had my s5 for 2weeks now and found my first chip/scratch. Behind the mirrior on the door. it looks like a chip but not sure how it would have been hit. It almost looks like the paint peeled but who knows.

What is best way to handle it? Touch up paint? Would dealer fix this for me?

I do not think that piece is painted, and if it is, I do not think Audi will have a touch up color to match it. I think it is either plastic or a plastic piece wrapped with a black film.

You might want to check with the dealer you bought it from. Considering how small that piece is, they might want to just replace it for you either under warranty or internally since the car is so new. I can't imagine that piece is that expensive.
