But, that's exactly why I was curious with the poll.
Those are issues with winter driving regardless. You just deal with it.

It's a car. Those things happen (except maybe the flying chunks of ice from roof tops - where do you live?), but not often enough to make me reconsider. All of my Audis have been more capable on bad roads than anything else I have owned, including all of the 4x4s that my wife prefers.

I live in RI. It’s a daily driver so I drive in all conditions. No garage. Just slap some all season Michelins on the stock rims and go. You will also see me at Lowe’s loading 2x4’s in the sportback. Love this ride.

I will be driving it year round once I get my RS5 (hopefully in about a month), but not because it has Quattro.
Unless I move or have to take it on a road trip the worst weather it will see is a little bit of rain.

I've got a two-car garage, not a three-car garage. My wife has her own car. I live in New England. Briefly, I had a S4 and a 911, but I realized that if I mated the two, the offspring would be a B9 RS5 SB. So that's the only car I have now.

Prior to my S5, I had a Porsche Panamera 4S. I drove that year round, in Minnesota and Illinois. Now with Audi S5, I drive that year round.

I’m considering my next solution. Will it be one car or will it be two cars?
An all-in-one, Ie. RS6, or two cars (VW Tiguan + Porsche 911).

Either way, these wonderful vehicles are meant to be enjoyed/driven. Fortunately the Audis cope well with inclement weather.

Snow and ice chunks flying off the tops of trailers or cars and SUVs from people who don't clear them off is pretty common in my area.

It’s a car. Cars are meant to be driven not be garaged museum pieces.

I feel that just like some folks keep their cars cleaner than others, some folks are also more careful and aware of the damage that may occur in bad weather. I'd also imagine there's a direct correlation between those two groups.
