This is a good opportunity to switch the grille out for a RS5 grille.

Really sorry that happened! Amato's does great work - they're just usually booked far into the future. I guess word gets around . Hope they can fix it soon.

Yea, they’re awesome. They’ve repaired three other cars of mine and are always flawless.

Perfect time to “sneak” that RS Grille into the shop and let them install it for you!

well crap. The parts have arrived but the estimated date of completion is Aug 17th. Then she needs to go to Audi for calibration, back to the body shop for detailing, then back to me.

I’ve only had my car for three weeks.

age has has nothing to do with it. Inconsiderate behavior comes at every age. I have a clean driving record- no accidents . I do have some speeding tickets but you don’t get into your seventies without having a few. Every car I own is high performance. Don’t be afraid to get old, when you do you’ll find it isn’t the end of everything.smiling here.

Mid-60s here! My record isn’t as clean as yours but I’ve been a “well behaved Senior Citizen” for quite awhile.

Afraid to get old — hell no! Retirement and living happily on the fruits of a lifetime of labor. I, too, have always driven sports / HiPo cars; no 4 doors or SUV’s for me as no kids has its advantages. Nothing wrong with having kids but I knew they were not in my future from a young age.

Enjoy life; work at something you like doing and sock it away for retirement.
