Individual settings
Just want to know what's your individual settings if that's your drive mode. My wife puts everything in comfort.
Any good advise for better performance?

Throttle/transmission - dynamic (even though that doesn't do anything when you restart the car)
Steering - dynamic
Suspension - comfort
Sports Differential - dynamic
Everything else - auto

depends on eqipment and preferences...
For instance with my 18" wheels and Sottozero 3s I run the suspension in Dynamic; in summer on the Hankook S1s and 19" wheels I used Auto - but might try Comfort next summer. I have Dynamic Steering, but hate variable ratio, so I leave steering in Dynamic. I like to leave the engine in Auto because that gives me more contrast between D and S (which moves the engine to Dynamic).

Have anyone notice any different between sport diff. in comfort or dynamics? Or am I not pushing the car around the corner fast enough to notice the difference.

That would make sense, comfort will distribute the torque to rear wheels more evenly during turns. On dry road, I did not feel much of a difference between the settings. In my Jaguar, I can feel the outside wheel pushing me thru the turn. My S5, however, do not have as much understeer as my A6, maybe that is the sport differential doing what its suppose to.
