Default Just got windows tinted and don't like it...

Guys I just got my windows tinted today, $371, and and I don't like the way the car looks now… It looks smaller and kind of more like a 370 Z or a G 37 or something like that… There is a pillar between the front and rear seat that is black, that disappears from view when you get it tinted ... thInk long and hard about tinting yours, it kind of looks less regal now, more like a ricer.

I think it looks good man!!!

I can't do clear windows, never have been able to. I don't need people easily seeing inside my car and I don't need all the sun's rays getting in either.

Perhaps you went too dark, but it does not look bad!

Well whether or not you like the looks, you still have the added benefits of reduced glare, UV rejection, and heat rejection (assuming you got a good film which judging by the price you did).

Noragrets, no regrets :-D It looks great. +1 on the benefits of that tint job on your car.

yeah well really i had two choices in the nice, ceramic tint: 35% which is legal limit or 50% which is lighter. they didnt have a 50% to look at, and i went 35%

Looks great...I don't see the issue? What were you expecting different?

I use 35% on all my cars and think it's perfect.

Noragrets, I think I know how you are feeling at the moment. But, rest assured, those tints will grow on you and your car eventually. It's just like you stepping out of the barbershop and not really sure about your new haircut. In reality, everyone is just fine with it.
