The big question will be is if your dealer can get allocation for the special order slot. They aren't unfortunately automatic (and can sometimes be a royal PIA smh)

Default 2019 A5 Prestige

Hoping this forum is still alive. I've been quoted 49.5k for prestige with black optic package. Seems like a really good deal .Thoughts?

The MSRP is 57500. Seems like a really good deal but I'm tempted to get a used 2019 so I'm unsure what to do .

That is a good deal, I have 2018 A5 Sportback Prestige that has the same MSRP and I got mine for 50,599.00 before my trade in and tax, title, and other charges.

At that price, I'd go for new. It's a rock solid deal.

Help! I got offered 46k before taxes for 2019 premium plus with black optic package, ibis paint, and rear air bag. Is this a good deal? Could I get better if wait for the fall or 2020?

Again, depends on the MSRP but 46k does seem good regardless. Based off this thread alone, people received anywhere between 6-8% off MSRP, while I seem to have done better at 12%. The Prestige you got offered seems great at that deal (almost 14%) especially for what you also get as standard such as B&O, Interior light package, 360 camera. It's now up to you to decide if you really need those options.

The one I got, I gladly would have paid a bit more for having interior lighting package, 360 camera as standard but there was no Ascari Blue in the Prestige trim within 350 miles.

The MSRP is 54400 . Out the door offer is 49.5k now for premium plus with optic, ibis paint, rear bags, s line, and upgraded sound system.
