9 years with my previous Hyundai Elantra and 0 incidents. 3 weeks with this RS5 and it gets smashed to bits. Any idea on how long I can expect the RS5 to sit in the shop?

What an unfortunate accident - I would also be incredibly frustrated. Repair time probably a function of replacement parts, if they have to wait for parts to come in, how busy the shop is, etc. After the initial assessment hopefully the shop can advise on timing.
