Tire pressures - using door sticker numbers or manual's?

I’ve wondered if the people that get poor tread life from tires while others don’t complain is related to air pressure. For instance, some people claim 20k tread life from DWS06, while others claim they only got 12k or less.

Not going to flame you. This would most likely work well with most vehicles until you get in a truck or big SUV and try to tow a bunch of weight.

Agreed. This is something one can play with, especially for HPDEs and when you have run out of suspension tuning options. You can tweak the car into breaking the front or rear away early by adjusting pressures accordingly (ie understeer/oversteer).
