Half way through, during exterior drive shots, the cameraman wiped the mist off the lens. It is Gotland Green, as Tysandrew suggested. Typical UK review though, so not worth watching.

the entire video has the blue green tint to it including the luggage and interior of car

A rare break in British fog at 5:09, but yes, the general quality and content is dreadful.
