Default Wheel size

What would be the correct aftermarket rim size to fit the 2018 S5 coupe? Im thinking some 19 or 20 inch vossens would look nice. Just not sure what width and offset to go with. Also do audis use a staggered setup? I ordered my car with the 19" wheels and sport package if this makes any difference. I will keep the oem wheels for winter driving.

Pretty sure 19x8.5 5x112 is one wheel size that would work. I'm reading diff things about the offset. I'm thinking ET35 should be good, need to confirm.

These are the one's I'd like to get (Found em N8!), they probably come standard on your S5.

Good find! Might have to get these for my A5. Let us know if you can confirm these will work on the new A5 SB.

3cat,

I m having similar dilemma if to alter or not, however you can refer to Audi.de A5/S5 catalogue as cropped below, recommended size by Audi.

^^

That table is for tyres, not wheels.

The Ebay wheels are the wrong offset for every Audi model they quote.

I would no more buy a set of knock-off Chinese made wheels from eBay for my Audi than I would buy a knock-off Chinese made "Audi" from eBay, but each to their own.

The correct wheel size, including the ET, has already been posted dozens of times on the forum.

You can run 20x10 or 10.5 all around with no problem ET35. Lower offset will bring the wheel out more.
You can max out the tire size but need to go lower profile to keep the same hight. 285/30/20 will be ideal.

Hey JSING: Being in CO, I assume you will purchase snow tires for the winter? Here in Toronto, it is a necessity imo. If so, have you thought about what you will do. I haven't got my SB w s-line yet, but am debating whether to buy 18' rims + snows, 19" rims + snows, or just 19" snows to balance on my existing rims.

Will def be getting snow tires.

-Could get 19" Cavo's for summer and have my current fitted with 19 snows
-Could buy 18" wheels and tires, that allows for a cheaper and longer lasting tire
-Could just buy 19 snows and swap, cheapest but least desired option.
