2002 allroad pass door won't open

2002 allroad pass door won't open
I cannot get the front passenger door open. The lock button pops up, but nothing. All other doors work fine with key or fob. Thanks, Dan

Deadlocked door
I ended up cutting the door card to get at the actuator. From there, I had to dismantle the actuator. I didn't want to proceed this way, but there were no shortcuts I could find. Door is open, bought a used door card, and ordered a new actuator online. What a bitch...
