2003 Allroad wiper relay/control module LOCATION

2003 Allroad wiper relay/control module LOCATION
I have searched and not found a solid answer, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me out.
2003 All Road, purchased with non-functional windshield wipers. Rear wiper and washer works, front windshield washer works, all other controls on wiper switch work, just not the windshield wipers. I need to know where the relay/control module for the wipers is located, as the fuse is good. I would like to check the relay, then the wiper motor itself.
