How much of our cars are made of aluminium, and which parts? Are there other materials beside steel used?

2.7t engine block is steel.
4.2 engine block is aluminum.

all body panels are galvanized steel except for the hood which is aluminum.

i assume the frame is steel.

Suspension parts are aluminum, without the extra latin I, mate.

Trannies are all cast aluminum, and I think the differentials are, too.

Suspension arms are Al, as are the door accents and roof bars.

I'd assume the radiators are significantly or mostly Al.

The intake Y pipe on top of the engine is painted Al, I believe.

The tops of the Airsprings are Al.

The front and rear "skids" on the bumpers.

The frames for the rearview mirrors are cast Al.

The stiffeners under the dash (and probably most of the underdash frame) is (extruded, I believe) Al.

Ok, caffeine's starting to kick in. That's all I can think of.
