My wife"s AllRoad antenna got eaten by car wash.Everything from base up gone.Looking for suggestions on replacement unit.Her Allroad has Navigation(although seldom used).Suspect replacement would be affected by that feature.See many on ebay but leery of them.Any thoughts or suggestions woud be helpful.Thanks

I bought one off of eBay. Its a non nav style but its a shortened billet alum one and it works great. I think it was $9.00 no degradation in radio performance

on sale for only 20 bucks, I just bought and installed a new mast as the old one had all the rubber damaged by heat.

My antenna base broke at the very base of it, the part into which the antenna screws into cracked in two. It is still being held into place by base surround but it certainly doesn't function well naymore.

I suspect that you might have the same problem.

unfortunately replacing this part is major pita and involves removing stuff inside of car. The repalcement module is also very expensive.
