Anyone have their Allroad serviced at Jack Daniel Audi in Fairlawn?
Took mine there recently and was not totally satisfied, wondering if anyone else had any negative experience.

They are nice, but have no clue sometimes of how to fix a problem.
The only guy to deal with - Mark Firestein, he'll go extra mile for you..
It took some wrestling to get A4 loaner, although they've got a bunch of them recently.
Overall, I'd say they are OK.

What's up Sonny! I haven't been to JD since my first Audi in '98. They really sucked then....
I go to Town Motors for service. They take care of me there. Enterprise rental cars suck though.

i have
bought the ar there. been back for 5000 mile oil change to mobil one and a few minor warrantee issues. headlights misaligned and wood trim on ashtray broken. fixed both, were very nice, had an a4 loaner. no problems yet.

Got the car back with marks on all wheels as they were being balanced...
I guess I never really paid close attention to it untill a friend of mine pointed them to me , also the car was not ready when promised.

You need to put down that cigar and read my post again. More carefully this time....
They give out Enterprise pos rental cars. This is the biggest beef I have with them. Pretty hard to look cool in a Sunbird (they tried to convince me it was a sports car). Ha!!
