Default AOA to the rescue

day 15 still no allroads. last week i was fully fed up with what was going on at mcdonald audi (denver), so i called AOA and complained. it immediatly got escallated to the parts division and they called me by tuesday (yesterday). appearantly mcdonald didnt order the part correctly so it was either not going to ship or it was on the slow boat to colorado. AOA worked with the dealer to get the right paperwork filled out and a part was shipped out (supposedly yesterday). they expect it by thursday.

AOA is also working with the dealership to compensate me for the time without vehicle (due to dealer error). who knows what that will be, maybe a free car wash (i want half my lease payment).

AOA stepped up to the plate to pull the dealer out of the fire which is good to hear. i was begining to wonder about the organization as a whole (regarding repair policy and parts tracking).
