By chance does anyone have intimate knowlege of this 2004 ar 4.2 orginally out of IL?

Notice the odometer readings at the bottom of the report. To my knowledge the odo is recorded everytime the vehicle is in for service of some kind. Look at what I cut off the carfax report:
