Default Audi dealer is processing my Audi Loyalty Program request...

So... I purchased my Audi on January 5, at which time the dealer told me that the Loyalty Program had long since expired. I recently learned here on the board that it was still in effect. I called the dealer again, and they assured me that the program had expired (sigh). So I called AoA, and they said the the program was renewed on Jan 4th, with a rebate amount of $600.

AoA then said that they would contact the dealer to resolve. The dealer called me today, has submitted the claim to AoA, and promises to send me a check once they get paid by AoA... I'll keep you updated.

Default You keep at 'em, the program is there to reward repeat buyers...

You should give someone the 'ol "what for" for making you have to chase this down...

Default what are the conditions/requirments for this program?

I'm wondering if the ar I ordered in October that has yet to arrive would qualify for this.

Default Not to nitpick...but I got $800 on Jan 6...perhaps my dealer ate the difference...

Your dealer sounds like a bunch of choads...either that, or they are lazy and don't pay attention to what is going on.

For them to say that the program expired long ago has got to be a blatant lie. The program which was going on previously had been active for a couple months or so. Then on Dec 28th or 29th, Audi dealers received a fax that stated that the program had been extended from Dec 31 to Jan 4.

I guess it was on Jan 5 that they changed to $600...but my dealer gave me our agreed upon $800 anyway (even though we really did it on Jan 8th after both of us forgot on Jan 6 when we picked up the car).

Good that you're getting something...$200 isn't worth fighting over...but there is something shady about your dealership or they are very lazy and stupid.

Congrats on the new, fine ride

Default You need to have a currently registered Audi...

they will ask for the registration (or at least they are supposed to).
