How come you are using 0W40 instead of 10W30??

Default It's better oil, a European spec formulation, and...
...0W30 or 0W40 makes gets the turbos lubricated sooner on startup than heavier stuff. HPH

...you can really impress the guys when you tell them you use 0W40 in the middle of their discussion of 15W50 vs 10W40. HPH

seems the trend in newer cars is to lighter oil like 5-20, tighter tolerances i guess
