Yep, missed 3rd gear "only" twice ;-)..... but it surely beats missing a turn.....
For first timers it is tough not to spin out of control, takes time to get used to ride at Groundhog level ;-)

The ACNA received a discount, overall it was about $650.00 for the day, 2 sessions in
the race car, and 2 sesions in our own cars.
It's a real Racing school, class room, introduction into the track driving a Volvo S40, learning every turn and so on......Video sessions or pictures cost extra, the posted Video cost about $60.00......

Go to www.racenow.com; they have the same kind of event at VIR...
Try out the one day or half day event, you'll like it......and don't drive the allroad immidiately after driving an F2000.....you could feel a bit dissapointed ;-)

Not too bad for a non-quattro drive ;-) Just the weight makes all the difference 1400lbs vs 4200lbs
In the second run I've had a 4-off because I was .5 seconds too early on the throttle and carried too much speed into the turn..... the car followed the right line but that didn't help ;-)
But I would recommend this to every "Engine head", it's fun and you can really learn a few things about car control.
