Bizarre fault with alarm
The alarm horn does not sound, the lights flash, the doors lock and I did a search that comes up with the possible solution that it is my alrm battery at fault. This may be true but I did not recieve any of the described symptoms prior to it failing (ie. horn beeping 4x).
The question I have that I could not find through a search is will this also affect my windows (no up down), my sunroof (no opening), my memory seats, my door locks and it gives an error that shows the passenger door and both rear doors are open.
I am thinking that because the alarm is faulty that all these other "features" are tied into that circuit and so do not work until the alarm horn/battery is replaced. (I don't understand about the memory seats though). Anyone know if I am correct?

During your search, did it give a location of the battery?
A separate battery for the alarm with all connections not exposed does make sense for security. All I knew is that it was a separate horn :^|

No/yes, (kind of) all I could find was that it is not a simple
fix and it is still under warranty but the repair date is the 19th and I need my windows down now due to two kids and a dog that loves goose poop and thinks it is a wonderful cologne! I have to prop the doors open a little in the garage to air it out.
This is why I am wondering if anyone ran across this problem.
