Default according to the factory manual, NO, but according to the consensus here...YES
manual states that the bolts are titanium and permanently installed. Removal of bolts is NEVER to be done, and if it is done, wheel must be replaced.

That's from the manual. AWers here have removed the outer faceplate, myself included, with no detrimental effects. I would only do it for a very good reason though, not just to clean the wheel.

I assume we can't just buy the outer part at dealership...what about Ronal?

Default Are these wheels in fact made by Ronal?
Otherwise I doubt you could purchase the outer spoke as it's not listed as a seperate part by the dealer.
