Can power lock behavior be reprogrammed?

Can power lock behavior be reprogrammed?
On my Passat I was able to have the dealer reprogram my power locks so that all doors unlocked with one press of the button on the remote. Can this also be done on the ar?

Yup. Or, if it's a long trip to the dealer,
