Car ramps or Level 4
Getting ready to do my first oil change on my Allroad. I was going to get some Rhinogear ramps, but then I starting thinking maybe not. What does everyone else do? Can I just put it to Level 4, would that be enough room for a creeper? Thanks

Ramps or jack-stands for certain. A sudden drop in pressure could drop right on your face if done in level 4.
Not worth the risk, no matter how small.

Ramps
I built four wooden ramps in Width of 14 ",See the attachment. And put the car in level four, it is very convenient and safe. Even if you release the air pressure from the air springs And you drop your car all the way down you still have enough space to work.

I use Rhino ramps (the heavier duty ones) and AOK for oil changes.
Always chock the rear wheels as well.

Level 4, the car shouldn't drop on you unless your front bags are shot, even then, it would prolly take a while for it to drop down completely.
You really don't need to get under the car that much where one would be in danger....especially if all the wheels are still on.
