OK, called the dealer they wanted 450 for one new rail
audi parts on line, says they have a set for 180, cant imagine they are exactly the same. it is http://www.audipartssuperstore.com/catalog/?gclid=CL7Pi5uJ_ZQCFSRaiAoda33b1Q
any one know if these guys are legit.
Then i talked to a salvage yard and they will ahve a hammered allroad coming it tomorrwo. Hopefully that will be inexpensive.

thanks, i searched for those but found nothing. That looks like some complicated work, i think i will just get the part and pay someone to do it.
thanks for all your help.

http://www.dadsauto.com/ is the salvage yard I am trying to get the parts from.
