Whatever happened at 220,000' at mach 18, I hope NASA get to the bottom of it.
Deepest sympathies at this time.

Default Truly a sad day

It just goes to remind me that space travel isn't ever routine, its always exploration and exploration involves risks.

Default Re: Truly a sad day

Those courageous astronauts may have succumbed to their mortality,
in this world,
but they will be immortalised in history,
as those who risked,
and gave up their lives,
for the good of all mankind.

May God grant their family and friends,
strength to overcome this tragedy.
One consolation will be that they will always carry the memories,
of knowing, and loving, these wonderful courageous people.

They are all in our prayers.
