Cooper tires (vs Falken 512's)
Time to replace the Falkens (which I have been VERY hapy with).
Some folks on here was moving to Coopers. Any opinions, after a little more time? Comments on SLE-V or Zeon 2XS both welcome.
TIA.

Re: Cooper tires (vs Falken 512's)
I have run Falken 512's and Cooper 2XS on my BMW 325ix. The Falken's were worn out on the edges in 11k, the Cooper's currently have over 9k with over 1/2 the tread left. The Falken's with a 360 treadwear rating should have done better than the Cooper's with a 280 rating. The Coopers seem a bit harder/stiffer in the sidewall and handle as well if not better than the Falkens, but both do very well. The Falkens did very well in the snow here in Virginia. The Cooper's have yet to see snow, but do very well in wet conditions. I don't think the 2XS's come in the OEM size, but the SLE-V's do. I will considered putting them on my allroad.

cooper lifeliner touring sle v (edited)
I have been running the SLE-V's for 10 months and love them. They are extremely quiet, handle well in dry conditions, strong in rain and OK in the snow(typical AS traction in snow). I have approx 18K on them and they are wearing very even, new they were 10/32's now 7/32's.
