Current/Future Financing?

I understand the current financing and lease specials on the allroad are available through August 7. Does anyone know whether Audi might actually offer even better terms thereafter in order to clear out 2001 stock? For example, some manufacturers are offering 0.9% or even 0.0% financing on some 2001 models. Might there be a period of time, even a day or two before August 7, when one would know the terms for after August 7? My 2001 allroad is currently in the middle of the Atlantic with delivery at the dealer expected around August 3, so foreknowledge of post-August 7 terms could be beneficial. Thanks in advance.

Get out your crystal ball. 6 weeks after delivery of my allroad I could have had the current interest rate of 4.9%. I'm stuck with 8% but I forget the $48/mo extra I am paying while driving this wonderful machine.

There is always going to be a better deal or something on the 2002 you would like to have had. I'm glad I have the fully adjustable suspension on the 2001.

All that being said, press AoA or the dealer or some other Audi dealer. You may make some headway.

Selection may be nil if or when such an offer comes out. Nobody is ever

told about the new rates in advance. At least at the dealer level. You have a certain rate one day, and then boom ! the fax comes ( usually on the 5th to 7th ) and the rates change as of receipt of the fax. There is no overlap of rate information.
