Default Don't yell at me!

But do the rear seats fold up in order to allow the seat backs to lie perfectly horizontal to have a completely flat cargo area?

I got a speedy intro to the car and no video. Nor can I find this in the owner's manual, but it seems from some people's pictures that this can be done. I have wanted to ask this for months...

Default If you pull the outside headrest up and remove the center one,...

Its about as flat as you can get.

Default You could always take the bench out completely...

...since it doesn't fold forward, but that might make the cargo area convex and stress the seat-back hinges.

Default Thanks. Glad I wasn't missing some useful feature. But I wish they did fold forward.

It would make my dogs' lives easier.

The alpha dog goes in the front seat anyway, and the others will just have to adjust. At lease, that's how we do it in our pack.

As moto-one suggests, try pulling the headrests up. It's fairly flat then.

Re. the missing owners manual - try looking at the base of the steering column - no I'm not pulling your leg. Not a very intuitive spot for it, but once you know its there, its really quite a good spot.

Default The "Alpha" dog is driving.... 8^)

the Alpha female takes the back seat - and the omega has the cargo area. I think the omega has the best spot, actually.

Default I said that I couldn't find anything about this IN the owner's manual....

...not that I couldn't find the owner's manual.
