Eccentric bolt rusted

Went to do an allignment and the shop told me that one of my eccentric bolts had rusted so much that they could not move it, so I guess I just want to change both, any advice on where to get them? Also any advice on how to get the out?? Tried spraying everything possible on it , tried hitting it slightly to loosen the rust... Nothing.

Are you talking about the front or the rear?
They are a dealer item.
My rear's are seized, but not off by basically anything so it's NBD over this way.

my rear are still seized from day one of when i bought the car, and i put new tires on. i just didn't have enough time to get around to it.
