Few problems..
-Noisey sunroof..
-Clunk coming from front suspension..
-Moving drivers seat..
Anyone ever experience any of the above mentioned problems? The car went in for the sunroof but they blamed the dealer installed thule rack so Im just going to remove it and bring it back.. They did replace the wheel bearing which fixed the vibration experienced during long turns but Im still getting these little clunks while turning the wheel at slow speeds (like backing out of a space, turning around..etc..)..
I want to do the 402 mod but don't want to touch anything incase the clunking noise is something serious and they try to blame my lowering of the car.. As for the drivers seat, this is starting to seem like an Audi problem..
I guess its time to head back to the dealership.. I was also wondering if anyone been bothered by the dealership for doing the 402mod?

clunking sound in front suspension
I just had this noise last week. Started without warning and occured everytime the front suspension moved. Dealer found that a control rod had "seized". They ended up replacing a couple control rods on the left and right side. The noise is gone, so far. All under warranty with no hassles (Phil Long in Colorado Springs)

dealer just installed new seat frame today. Hope its fixed. . Suspension makes cluncking noise in summer, replaced by horrible crunching noise in winter. 16 months 6 dealer visits and no fix.
Dealer is also replacing headlamp which has filled with water every time it rains. Until now they have argued that a little water in the housing is OK and that there is a built in fan to evacuate the moisture. Took it to them this week after heavy rains. Enough water splaching on the xenons to swim a gold fish in.

Yes, me too. Try this test....
come to a quick stop at a stop sign. Then accelerate at a good clip into a right or left hand turn--do you hear a pop/click and feel the seat move a bit? I get it all the time now vs. once in awhile when the car was new (7500 miles now). At 5k service visit dealer said seat "was within specifications." Thats BS, its on the list to be fixed next time in. Please let us know how it goes and what part numbers/service codes are recorded so we can ask our respective dealers--I'll do the same on mine once it goes in here in a few weeks.

I went for a drive...
and going 10mph down the street making quick turns left and right (like going through a slalom) the seat would make a click noise without a problem.. Audi really needs to pay a little better attention to the quality of some of their parts.. Considering Ive seen this same problem on 3 different audis Id say its a little unacceptable..
