Default OK, Treerun may very well be moving to Boulder, CO

Anyone in the area want to give me a quick rundown of the Audi dealership I want to use for service? Looks like Stammler is the option in Boulder? Are the folks in Denver better?

Default Stammler is one of the best around.

only downside/complaint I have heard is thier no loaner policy. See the thread below, one of many statements of happiness with them on the Rocky Mtn. Forum.

Let us know if you end up out this way. There are lots of us around.

https://forums.audiworld.com/rockymtn/msgs/18742.phtml</a

Default What's the situation with speedtraps, radar use, etc?

I tend to get away with driving about 85mph here in Northern California and I like it that way

Are cops up and down 36 particulary touchy about speeding?

Default Hey when I can sell my house in SF...

which is 1k sqft on a good day and take my equity and pay CASH for a 3200sqft 5br3ba on 3 acres that's 4 minutes from downtown Boulder with a view that rivals my view of the skyline - what is there to think about? Well besides the fact that most folks in CO have Winchesters over thier fireplaces and it's like RNC HQ that is

Man they're going to tar and feather me out there...

Default Traffic on 36 usually prohibits too much speed.

one AW rocky mtn forum guy recently got arested and towed for 116 on US 36.

that being said, I usually see somewhere between 80-100 at least once per week on my commute into/out of boulder.

Watch out for photo radar within the city limits of the peoples republic of Boulder.

Default Maybe this Treehugging, Peets Latte sipping, etc., etc.

San Franciscan will be safe there

Actually the whole cost of living comparison thing has me blown away, doing the math - I could actually afford to pay for my son's college education if I lived in Boulder. How bad is a drive to Copper from Boulder? Looks like maybe a 90 minute drive? That would sure beat the slog to Tahoe....
