Default folding mirror knocked off, now no power and climate controls went out at the same time. HELP

So I came back to my parked car and noticed one of my side view mirros flipped out and all the way on the oppsite side when they were suppose to be folded in. So I take a closer look and someone must have knocked it pretty hard because the housing is loose and the bottom black piece is on the floor. When I fold the mirror back to it's original position, it doesn't click in place. I can still control both mirrors, but I can't make it fold from the control ****.

So I remove the housing at home and noticed a wire had broke apart. This is one of the 2 wires that's facing the front of the car. It's the only 2 there. The rest of the wires are on the mirror side and are facing towards the back of the car. So I assume this must be why I can't control the folding. I solder the wire back together. It was really close to the other one that was semi-stripped. I'm guessing that the two wires must have touched while soldering and now I lost control of everything! Mirrors wont tilt and of course wont fold. At the same time, I lost function of my climate controls. All the buttons don't work, but are still lit. I checked the fuse for electronic mirror, climate control, and air conditoner fan, it's good.

What could it be??? HELP!

And does anyone know how to take this mirror apart? The wire that broke, broke very close to where it's coming out from and it leaves no slack to solder. I know how to remove the housing and mirror. Can it be taken apart and further?

This is such a bad week with the AR. MTM chip popped off my ECU and stalled on the highway. Oil sensor just went bad tonight. Mirrors and climate controls failed! What next?

Default Take a look at the fuse for the climate control. . .

The mirror is heated. You may have shorted the wires blowing the fuse when soldering.

Default Fixed! Thanks again. It was a fuse #8 I believe for K1 control unit.

Nothing that sounds like it's related to mirrors or climate control.

Still trying to piece my mirror together.
