head removal
lost a timing belt and am going thru the process of tearing it down to see how bad the damage is. I am to the point of taking the heads off. the exhaust manifold bolts look almost impossible to get to. Can I take the head off with the exhaust manifold attached or do i need to take the manifold off the head?
