Default Hey, cool pics...you took the Boxster with all your climbing gear?

Damn, that thing is more utilitarian than I thought!

Default Very nice!

I diddn't see any protection placed... Was that climb top roped? If so, how did you set the anchor? I probably missed something obvious =).

Default Yup. Fit 2 medium sized packs in the rear trunk, and 2 large duffels in the front.

I was really surprized how much stuff we got in there.

When we were unloading the stuff, some guys comes up to us and asks where is the engine since I saw you take stuff out of the hood and the trunk! :-)

The rear trunk is large enough to fit a set of golf clubs. One of my requirements.

Default Most of the pitches were pretty short.

If you look at the 6th picture, there is a biner a few feet in front of me. Kinda hard to tell in the pic.

We went with a really experienced friend and he led the pitches and then belayed us up. We had a group of 4 people so during the multi-pitch stuff we belayed others up, then started climbing. Pretty fast & efficient.

There were about 4 pitches that he placed protection part way and then the last person cleaned up. None of the climbs were very technical - some 5.7 stuff at the most. The exposure is what makes it seem harder than it is.
