69K, not broken in yet. Could be fine depending on your mechanical ability and what has been replaced so far. In this time frame you can expect, cv boots, tie rod ends, and air springs. Might not happen over night but...

I think worth serious consideration
Have your local Indy check it out and get the service history on it. The car has plenty of life left in it and you could choose to buy an extended warranty for it. 6sp, sweet.
