Allroad_RS27

I just got a 2002 Allroad...52ooo miles
Cars great I love it... I had a Jetta 2004 GlI before ...nice sport for a VW.

So My Q? is there is a Rotary noise coming from the brakes I think..when slowing down or with my foot of the gas at low speeds 5-35mph..

Any ideas....

And whats a 402 mod...

The way you're describing your issue, it seems to me it could be more tire related than brakes. What tires do you have on the car? Are they in good shape (enough tread?)?
As far as 402 mod goes, in short it is a computer adjustment of the air suspension so that the car rides lower than its default (factory) level. It is used to improve handling, aerodynamics and looks of the car. A quick link to How-to is included.

2nd 402 mod sounds good but not for me..
Just had a GLI 2004 on kw v1 for the past 2 years so I did my part on low riders...
that is why i both the allroad couse it sits higher..]
good luck on the 402 moders..enjoy it and try not to damage the suspension,,, couse it not chip at all...

3rd its not the tires they are new allroad..pirelli..i think thats the stock tires for this car...but they are new maybe about 1000 miles on them...

4th is there any way to improve miles/gallon ...on 94 sunoco I am geting 18-20/gal highway and 13-14 around town...

5th Any good mods to the engine..like dv's and staff... any ideas?

6th and to the search genius... I see that thinks are not to different here that the vwvortex where averyone thinks that the search is the best idea ever ...

well I think thats enough for now...
