Default Re: opion

I had to cut it short but any opions on this one. I tried to get them to go to an even 42K but they wouldn't buge. I can't see why they wouldn't go to 42K because the allroad is a year and six months old. and who will buy it even being a six speed.

Default my $.02

even $43.5K is kind of high considering the car is old stock.... the fact that it is CPO also does add value though, probably $2500 for CPO alone.

Have them throw in some other stuff...
roof racks?
all season mats?
Sat radio (if it doesnt have it)?

Some silly Audi shirts and hats?

Default opion...

If its CPO, then it is a used car. Regardless of the low miles, its now a 2005 used car and the last of its kind in the US.

If the dealer is stil selling it as a new car with a new car price..then walk. You will take a major hit in loss of value no matter if its a lease or a purchase.

Hold out. Wait until the last day of the month and then go see if it's still there.

I purchased an '05 back in Feb (6spd, cold, premimum) for 40K...
It only had 55miles on it; and I got the CPO.
it's only 'used' if the car has been titled.
if not titled, then it is a new car; i'm not sure how I got the CPO.

Default Everyone needs to reread the archives....CPO is simply an extended warranty

on top of and extending the original Audi warranty that should begin when you title the car so you are simply buying the car with it's original Audi warranty (careful to see if the date of service has already started the clock as this may be why they threw in the CPO, hoping you wouldn't notice) plus the extended CPO warranty that is no better than something you could get anywhere.

Default Thank all.

Yes, the date of service is 5/13/05 which the salesman showed me, (I didn't even know that to ask) I just don't understand why they won't let it go with me in front of them willing to buy it. Now they lose more with it still sitting on there lot. I asked if anyone has looked at it and he said yes, but noone wants a manual, and with the Q7 out. I guess I will wait, though very hard to just see it sit there.
