Pulled the TC

I was able to handle the easy bolts and assemble the toys from Harbor Freight. Thankfully my cousin there to show what mechanics can do.

Time to ship it to 517. Any thoughts on "while I'm in there"? CV joints...

I'm probably down for 2-3 weeks and wanted to make good use of the time. I was thinking about pressing new bushings throughout the subframe while it's out of the car. Is this overkill? The PO has some done through Audi, but I was hoping there were some better options (urethane?) floating around. Any recommendations?

We broke some sort of plastic coolant line that was tucked up on top of the bell housing. I'd appreciate any input as to what to do now. The rest of my current to-do list is:

valve cover gaskets,
cv axles,
coolant expansion tank,
accessory belt,
spark plugs,
fuel filter,
transmission filter/fluid,
misc. exhaust clamps/gaskets for reinstall

I'll have to see if assembly really is the reverse of removal. Things are getting out of hand.

Might as well drop some k04 turbos in there.

That it is. I'm impressed that there is a supercharger kit for it. I can't imagine fitting more parts in that bay.
