Default Ran into some problems on that 02 to 01 shift **** replacement . . .

The plastic tabs came off when Shokan removed the ****. I don't blame them since two of the tabs on mine came off too upon removal. The problem is: There is nothing to clamp down on. I haven't driven the car yet but the **** seems pretty stable. I imagine at 60mph it will start vibrating like my 02 did before the dealer tightened it.

Any creative fixes? I'm considering epoxy, but not sure if that's right move.

Default I would say glue away, I threaded my shifter rod , and glued along with screwing on stock wood ****

to get rid of rotating ****.

Default etaudi.......please let me know how it turns out, I just

ordered one from Shokan as well and should be here late this week. Thanks for the heads up, I've always wanted one of these, and when I priced them at the dealer ($340.00) OUCH!
