Rear window electrical problem...

So I have had this problem for a while but it does not affect me when I drive the car so I have ignored It for a while. The time has come to address it.

Rear windows are operational via the driver switch (1-touch up and down,etc.). Rear windows are inoperable via rear door switches.

I have consulted the Bentley and will likely track down relays/ etc, just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this problem or found a fix.

Ideas?

First thing I would do is check the safety lockout switch on the driver's door.

i guess it is true that the simplest solution is usually the right solution...I pressed and held the lockout switch and operated the rear window switch perfectly...ordering a new driver switch panel asap

Happy to have helped. I cant count how many times I have complete missed the simplest solution to some problem, and then found it was the answer.
