I remember that scene.... "50,000 PEOPLE....
DIED ON THE NATION'S HIGHWAYS LAST YEAR!!!"
So what's crazy about that movie is that Robert Black plays a pathological liar / psycho who kills people for his own gratification. In other words, Robert Black plays himself. Ohsnaps! Plus it has a jagged, Post-Crash Gary Busey in it.
That movie and Mulholland Drive both have their merits.
