remote re-programming

remote re-programming
anyone know the procedure for re-programming our remotes for one touch (and hold) all windows down?What's the code(s). My dealer says they can't (which of course means won't) for security reasons.Is this all BS or not?

Had to have a new cable though...
My friend 'HalS4' (he's over on the S4 Forum) had the vag-com program but he couldn't talk to the bus that handles the locks, evidently in the allroads and A6s we have two separate buses that they breakup (from one bus in the A4/S4 models). So he had to upgrade his cable to the TWIN-COM cable. Once he did that it worked fine and he could talk to all components of the car...Oh and he also had to upgrade his version of the software (had to be at the latest release)...

My dealer did it. No questions asked.
I just downloaded the information off a web site (I think it was the codes for the A6), and handed them the sheet with the code I wanted circled.
Took about five minutes.
