Default Replacement tires

I haven't heard any good reviews of the Wrangler F1 tires. Any word on the Michlein Pilot A/S? Would it be preferable to go to 225/45/17 in the Michelin? Live in Central Oregon so I need a good A/S.

Default You would do well with the Michlin A/Ss, I live in the Tahoe area and late spring snow

was not a problem and heavy rain didn't seem to have any bad effects, their handling matches the allroads, now for the down side. At 15k there is some road noise, I have be told by Audi that the tires are not uniformly round, a ground force balance has thing in control. I have and do use Michlins on all of my cars, motos, bicycles, I even race my Z06 this season on there cup tires.
PS I have 245/45/18s on the AR.
