I loaned my 04 allroad to my neighbors while we were out of town, and they managed to snap one of the rear seat drink holders off (??). they ordered a replacement but we're having a devil of a time figuring out how to remove the old 'cartridge' that contains the retractible part of the drink holder so we can slot the new one in. anyone done this before and can offer some tips?
