RNS-E questions
I have an '05 allroad with the early generation RNS-E nav/infotainment system. Are there firmware updates for this unit? If so, what changes do the firmware updates make, where can I get the update, and how do I install it? Thanks.

Do you have the CD-based Nav without the MMI-like screen? Early model year 05's had the cd-based one if I'm not mistaken while the late model year 05's had the DVD based one. I've used the DVD based one on mine with pretty good success. I've gotten the newest DVD disk from Navteq which may help.
