Default Shock absorber options

What options do I have for Allroad shocks. I have a rear that has failed and the car is porpoising diagonally when I hit a bump in the rear. I may just replace the one however the car has 80K and may be do for a fresh set.

Not sure about options but shocks should always be replaced in pairs

Default OEM only. We considered a project as a group once that would involve custom valving OEM dampers.

had a bead on a shop that would attempt to cut one open an revalve it, but never got it going. Too much $ with uncertain outcome.

I'm the crazy bastard that is considering pulling out my OEM suspension all together and replacing it with a coilover system (H&R or KW probably.)
