should I sell my 01 AR? not sure what it's worth...
I have a 2001 AR 2.7t and I'm trying to decide if I should sell and get something newer or hang on to it....
90k miles, purhcased as CPO in 2006. about to do 90k service. taken great care of it.
just did timing belt service a couple months ago and new engine mount, rear brakes at a local shop. before that services done at dealer. mechanically in great shape, never had suspension problems...I also drive like a total weenie.
I bought it less for the performance and more because well, you know - it's the most gorgeous, coolest car...but I am not sure about my employment future, so I might need to get out before the maintenance costs get any steeper.
So - here's where the wheels might come off the wagon - the sunroof isn't working so well because the roof right behind it is pushed down ever so slightly (I know, I'm an idiot). The bumpers are pretty scratched up - I live in a city. the driver' seat has a very small rip in it. (less than 1 inch and it's not pulling apart.) The rubberized coating on the interior parts is scratched up (I've never seen an older AR without that being the case).
due to the above - am I in a really bad position to sell? Should I just harden up and hang on to it? Can anyone advise?
Thanks for any and all help!

pucker up; either way you're looking some out of pocket dough. sell it and you'll take a beating, trade it in same thing but worse. keep it and it will cost money fixing stuff. I have the same car, same year/miles, just put 5k on it driving from CO to VA and back, great car but it sucks money.
